Mr. Lai is the Chief Risk Officer for Catalyst Capital Advisors LLC and Rational Advisors, Inc.

Previously, Mr. Lai served as Senior Vice President at Wedbush Securities, where he oversaw risk management for the futures division.

Mr. Lai received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and carries a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
