Mr. McNeal is the Head of Intermediary Distribution for Catalyst Capital Advisors LLC and Rational Advisors, Inc., and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McNeal worked as a consultant, as well as within the Wealth Management division of Raymond James & Associates.

Mr. McNeal received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of North Florida.
